This is my second Subaru that I bought here at Crews subaru. I don't remember too much about my first experience as I brought my son-in-law to help me. My husband had recently passed, and I just didn't want to deal with the hassle of buying a car. I do remember that it was a very smooth and problem free transaction. But I do remember my second experience very well. I had been dealing with a young lady that had helped me with some service visits and I mentioned that I might want to trade for a new Subaru. Sierra introduced me to a gentleman that talked to me about my car and basically told me what my car was worth. I did not have time to talk to anyone then, but he reintroduce me to the salesman I used the first time. We set up a time to meet and the rest is history. Very pleasant experience from start to finish and I can't say enough about Robert's willingness to help make my experience positive. If I do go for a third Subaru, in the future, this will be where I would go.. Very knowledgeable and nice people from start to finish. More
