What a pleasant surprise Subaru of Jacksonville was for us! We have purchase 19 new cars in our 51 years of marriage and numerous used cars through the years, but never have we been so well and professiona us! Our sales professional, Kyle Shifflett, was magnificent and patient with us. His knowledge and manner were professional, as well as informative as to the different trim levels on the Subaru Accent. We had visited numerous dealerships, including other Subaru dealers before coming to Subaru of Jacksonville. Commendations to Kyle, he made the purchase painless. Every staff member was cordial and professional. Wow! This was also my experience when I brought our new car back for installation of the receiver hitch and roof rack cross bars. I was greeted professionally and had coffee while I waited. Hats off to Kyle and the rest of the crew! This is quite obviously a well managed operation. More

Amazing! ! We had a great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. From the time we drove up to the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and ! We had a great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. From the time we drove up to the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and “how can we help you today?” Our sales guy, Mark Ogden, was so patient and knowledgeable with our many questions and showing us all our options. ( I never knew it could be so easy and painless to purchase a car) I will add, I touched every Ascent on the lot and drive everyone crazy! We made our choice FINALLY🤣. We want to sign paperwork and surprise, again , easy breezy! .It was back to Mark, who introduced me step by step to my new Ascent! What can I say except.. thank you so much for changing my mind on car purchasing and forever making me a member of the family at Subaru of Jacksonville!! Now, my only problem is I’m so spoiled, I’ll expect this everywhere I go!! It’s true,… drive a Subaru, you’ll buy a Subaru….. especially from this dealership!!! More

I want to start off by saying Kimberly is the sweetest! Our journey started in late March as we were looking to purchase our first new vehicle. We had been through many dealers before and our experiences w Our journey started in late March as we were looking to purchase our first new vehicle. We had been through many dealers before and our experiences were not the best. I asked a local Subaru group I am in (we love subarus) they told me in North Florida SoJaX was the place to go. so I messaged them and Kimberly replied. I explained that we were stationed in Alaska and by the summer we would be heading to Florida around late July so we started the order process and went through the numbers and we were super happy with what she told us. I told Kimberly I was skeptical about dealerships and hoped the process was easy and painless and she sympathized with us and promised we would have a great time. Well after we put a down payment on our custom 2022 forester she told us she would update us every step of the way and she did. We were told to anticipate august if not September time frame for delivery and in late June we got a message saying our car was in Florida! Super fast and easy right?! So now we flew in around early July since we move soon and once we got to the dealership without the chit chatting I could swear to you the whole process took about an hour and that’s giving some spare time!!! I’ve never in my life experiences that quick and painless process. The whole time Kimberly was on it as far as knowledgeable, kind, personable and dedicated to help us understand our vehicle and make us feel like we really were part of her family! Not only that but she took the extra time to really make sure we understood everything we were doing!! She even helped us set up some additional accessories we purchased then and there! I mean the whole experience was amazing and I don’t think I’d want to try my hand at another dealership! 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle in this area or if you are near!! All the staff there was so friendly and patient! Thank you so much for everything from our time zones to waiting for us to get there and the whole asking questions! Truly thank you and this dealership for going above and beyond!! Also to note the vehicle was at MSRP and that’s unheard of nowadays so thank you SoJaX!!! More
