Used car purchase Stopped in cold with a car identified from Carfax. Pat O'Brien stepped up, found the keys (took a few minutes) and showed the vehicle. Was patient Stopped in cold with a car identified from Carfax. Pat O'Brien stepped up, found the keys (took a few minutes) and showed the vehicle. Was patient and held the vehicle until the next morning on my expressed interest. Process was pretty quick (especially in comparison with the time consuming process, steps and numbers of people consulted at other dealers) put together the financing package and turned me over to the sales person for extended warranty-I had no interest and after a brief discussion turned me back to Pat who moved me into the finance/closing office. That process took a little longer than I wanted, but was pretty prompt (slow system) including plates, financing and other documents. I was out in about an hour an a half. No problems with the vehicle and received a follow up e-mail from Pat to see if I was still happy with the vehicle. The car was clean, well maintained and so far very satisfactory. Thanks.
