Kris was amazing. Needless to say, Kris was able to get me into a new leased vehicle to avoid paying heavy repair costs. Sport Subaru is the best and this is the second car I buy from them. After a lifetime of buying new vehicles I consider myself rather jaded by the process but I have to admit that my wife and I were very impressed by our experience at Sport Subaru and especially with Wendell, rather jaded by the process but I have to admit that my wife and I were very impressed by our experience at Sport Subaru and especially with Wendell, our sales advisor. From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated to a truly welcoming atmosphere where everyone was friendly and respectful. We felt that Wendell was focused on answering all our questions and helping us make the best decision on which Outback was the right choice for us. At no time did we feel like he was in a hurry to close a deal and move on to the next customer. After we settled on a vehicle he spent time making sure we understood the features and demonstrated the safety systems. The closing of the deal was painless. We also appreciated the tour of the dealership and meeting Paul the service manager. The finance manager, Roman was also great to work with. He listened to us and helped us navigate the many options to choose the best fit for us. The entire process was a refreshing change to our past buying experiences. Had I known we would not have put off the purchase as long as we did. We will continue to travel from Volusia county to Sport Subaru for our Subaru needs as it is definitely worth the trip. We will recommend Wendell and Sport Subaru to all our friends and family. More
