Very professional and informative during the purchasing process. Even with no new inventory available, I was still able to test drive the managers demo which ultimately let to my decision to purchase a veh process. Even with no new inventory available, I was still able to test drive the managers demo which ultimately let to my decision to purchase a vehicle. My new vehicle was not supposed to be ready for a week but ended up arriving the next day. Fantastic surprise. Paperwork was super fast and transparent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This service visit was very smooth. First oil change for our new MDX. Everyone was helpful and they even allowed me into the shop to show me something I had asked about on the car. I always enjoy the customer lounge and get work done there while waiting for my car (now cars). Love Acura and we are on our third one now. Having said that about our new Acura, I do have an issue that came up with my 2016 TLX. Had it in for service and was advised I had leaking trans and needed $1600+ in service fees to correct. Took it to AAMCO and they cleaned everything (there was very little trans fluid in the pan, no indication of a significant leak). Then they suggested I drive a few days and come back...when I did that there was NO leakage. So, nothing to repair. And they charged me zero for doing all that. Bought new Michelins with the money I DID NOT spend on the trans repair. Interesting, huh? Whaddya think, Rodney? Revenue enhancement? More
