He then followed up the next morning, providing all information requested as well as pricing and photos. I was originally not looking forward to making the drive from Manassas to Gaithersburg, but after meeting and speaking with Russell, he made the trip worth it. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond my expectations for a new car purchase. Speaking with him was like speaking with a family member that I've known forever. He even had my 2021 trailblazer pulled up, running with the AC on so we wouldn't have to wait for it to cool off for the test drive. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. My experience with Russell (and Peter and frankly the whole team at Criswell!) makes me want to buy a car every other week because it was such an enjoyable experience. I have already recommended this dealer and dealership to my entire family and will continue to recommend it to anyone I know that is looking for a new. I will definitely be returning in the future when it is time for another upgrade. Thank you so much, Russell! More

This company is the shadiest company I have ever bought a truck from!!! They Added an extra point on the interest last minute from 3.99 % to 4.99 % and also added gap insurance we put 24,000 down no need for truck from!!! Extended warranty! Why would I needed an extended warranty when we bought a diesel. 5 Year 100,000 Mile drivetrain. I guess the owner spends to much time in Florida on his yacht to pay attention to his business. SO NOT HAPPY !!! BUYER BEWARE, ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO! More
