It’s beyond just this dealership, I found the process of working with multiple dealers detestable. Why are costs hidden from me? Why am I negotiating when I don’t know all the information? My experience was working with multiple dealers detestable. Why are costs hidden from me? Why am I negotiating when I don’t know all the information? My experience was that dealers are interested in money more than customEd experience. If I’m dropping $36k on something, I don’t want the experience to be miserable. 495 Mazda beat out the Mazda dealership competition only because they had pandemic protocols in place to even consider buying — even that was sub-par, with the sales manager wearing his mask under his nose and indicating subtly to me that my choices were frivolous. I would like nothing more than for the entire car industry to change. More
