Like any dealership do not come expecting to be handed a great deal. After shopping around I came across a Subaru Impreza that seemed right for me. Chris Stein was not pushy about purchasing the car and after some negotiating we settled on the right price. The experience the day after (when I picked up the car) was great. The members of Subaru A&T couldn't have been nicer. If I have a word of advice it's to understand the market value of the car you want and to also understand the interest rate that is aligned with your credit score. If you do you will have the tools needed to get the right deal. Danielle (in finance) also was more than happy to go through every bit of documentation the day I picked up the car which was great being a young guy (just out of college) like myself. More

He seemed to genuinely like his job and wanted to do all he could do to help us. He never came across as a salesman, but more like a friend just trying to help us. I can't say how much we actually enjoyed the whole process of buying this car. I have NEVER been able to say that about any other salesman, and I've bought many new cars. He did all he could to make this process as painless as possible. He always was prompt to return calls and emails....even after the purchase. I would recommend him highly to anyone I know. The rest of the staff were really nice as well. The person who gave us our indoctrination, Loyda, was wonderful. Yes, I said indoctrination. I've never had that before. Usually the salesman gives you a few minutes to maybe help you set up your phone and show you where some buttons are. This was different.....she actually hung out with us and spent an hour showing us everything in the car. She made sure we knew how to do everything, and helped us set up anything we asked her to. It was so nice! All in all - a great experience! More

Fast and easy, everyone was very friendly and helpful! I went in to look at a forester and crosstrek. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by many sales associates. The place was pretty busy. He was able to let me test drive both models. He personally pulled them both up to the door and off we went. When I got back he worked up the pricing and found financing that made it affordable which made my decision easy. I decided on the forester and he then walked me over to Danielle. She did all the final paper work and went over everything. After that, Danielle walked me out and over to the service area. Then I was introduced to Loyda and Chris who went over everything in detail about the car. They showed me all the features and got my phone connected. The whole experience was unbelievable and I will be back. Because of the teamwork, I was in and out in just over an hour confident I made the right choice. Plus they love dogs More

We never felt pressured or rushed in any way and Tom was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the vehicle we were purchasing. Tom was patient too especially with me since I have not purchased a car in 15 years! He made the transition very smooth and easy for me. Philip, the sales manager, was also very pleasant to deal with and made the deal happen. Between our daughter and us, this is our 3rd purchase of a vehicle from this dealership (my husband purchased a new vehicle at this dealership in 2009 and my daughter a used Subaru a couple years ago). We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family and be back ourselves in the future. More

I initially spoke to an A & T employee (Ann) in another department (franchise) and she went to the trouble to get answers for me on a busy Saturday afternoon when I suppose the Subaru specialists were busy. She called me back within 10 minutes with answers and followed up the next morning with a voice mail. Because of that help, we went to the store and then it was easy breezy. Tom helped us from start to finish and Phil filled in the gaps. Daniele was organized and efficient with the paperwork. Then Stephen gave us the info tour on our new Outback Touring model. Tom has since followed up to make the total experience easy and enjoyable. We have our own retail business and we pride ourselves on having a friendly, honest and easy relationship with our customers. A & T does too. More
