Not only are the service writers good at what they do, they are personable, kind and considerate. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. We have a 2017 GMC and a 2019 Buick and would not take them anywhere else. More

Awful Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile he had to get a rental when that could have been avoided. We then had to take the truck back down to have it fixed and was kept for almost 2 months and at the end of all of this still had to pay for a rental bc they didn’t have the decency to call anyone. We bought my car from them 2 years ago and after this most recent experience we will never be back. More

Recall part was in stock and ready for me (thanks to Porsha) and reminder call was good reminder. Especially liked the loaner car so I could still go and volunteer. Brad in service is always helpful in answering questions. Listens to my concerns and goes over work that I expect to have done. So glad I bought my new Regal TourX from Master. Buick needs to advertise this fantastic car!! Thanks for the personal attention...means a lot to this 70+ Year old. More

I always look forward to honest service when it come to my cars, because I come from a sales background also, and I can pick up a sales pitch, and/or a upsell a mile away. These two employees took care of me, and my situation, and I did not have to pay for any unnecessary upsells. The lady who checked me out and the man who brought the car up for me to leave, were also very nice. When I first got this car, Frank Ward and Will Schafer made sure I was taken care of. Water in tail lights of new car. Rust will soon start. The service department reported the AREA boss wouldn’t remove the broken tail lights and replace them. I totally disagree with your company taking thi The service department reported the AREA boss wouldn’t remove the broken tail lights and replace them. I totally disagree with your company taking this stand. The car had 40 miles on it the day I purchase and 55 miles when I get home. The next couple of days went by before my daughter notice the water in both tail lights. When the weather got better I drove to the dealer and spoke to the salesman and sales manager. They referred me to your service department to get an appointment. Now, here I am with a new car that’s has leaking tail lights and GM will not stand by their customer when needed. More
