Terrible service department Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the ca Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the car back and the air worked great, however a few days later we notice issue with the backup camera every so often. I was planning to take it back then receive a call from a lady asking if I still need my part? When I asked what part she stated something to do with the backup camera. Haven’t been back I will take the car somewhere else to get the rest of this warranty work done. It will cost me $100 to take it elsewhere but it’s totally worth it. Careful when using these folks! More

Quality on time service. We use this dealership for both of our vehicles. We haven’t used another center since 2012 when we bought our Acadia from there. Saturday morning check in was a disaster I have had good experience when booking an appointment and check in with Charles Williams only took minutes. But last Saturday ( October 18) I brought I have had good experience when booking an appointment and check in with Charles Williams only took minutes. But last Saturday ( October 18) I brought my car in to have a tire checked because of a problem created by master Cadillac in aiken. I stood one hour in line to have my car checked in. I was there at 8:10 and it was 9:15 before I got to the counter to check in. One person was repairing a credit card machine, helping. To create an invoice, check in customers and answer the phone. There were 6 customers in front of me and 6 behind me. After checking in I waited in lounge for 1 hour and 45 minutes and no one had yet looked at my car. At 11 I picked my car up and left. I went to jiffy lube and had the tire fixed in less than 10 minutes. More

Kathy and Bernard were Awesome! I ordered a AT4 Sierra from Bernard Hughes, the instant it came in, he contacted me, but actually before that Kathy Schafer Hensley contacted me as we I ordered a AT4 Sierra from Bernard Hughes, the instant it came in, he contacted me, but actually before that Kathy Schafer Hensley contacted me as well when Bernard was on vacation, and after I made the purchase, and bear in mind folks, these calls from Kathy were in the evening hours. I have never had this kind of experience anywhere accept at the GMC Dealership, then today Will Schafer emails me with a follow up. As a business owner myself, it says it about your company when these types of folks follow up. I would and have recommended them over and over and will continue to do so. Bernard also spent extra time with me today to show me the new accessories on the AT4 Sierra. Incredible service!! More
