The dealership itself we have history as a client more than once and have not had a problem with the sales end they have always done a good job but unfortunately can not say the same about my families exp than once and have not had a problem with the sales end they have always done a good job but unfortunately can not say the same about my families experience previously with the service department. Highly recommend the sales end 100% they do an amazing job but I would not feel comfortable ever again even stepping foot in the service department and have avoided ever needing to go back to the service department within Toyota of Lancaster More

Fernando was very kind, patient, and most importantly, willing to work with me to get me the best deal possible. He never hesitated to give me suggestions that would be great for me and my situation, and willing to work with me to get me the best deal possible. He never hesitated to give me suggestions that would be great for me and my situation, and because of his willingness to make sure I was happy and satisfy my needs, I ended up leaving the dealership on October 15, 2023 with a brand new 2024 Toyota Corolla. So I just want to say THANK YOU FERNANDO LEON, and THANK YOU TOYOTA!! You’ll definitely be seeing me again in a couple of years. Such a great experience shopping with y’all. Very blessed!!!! More

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew to get a new car. I came in not in the best mood after dealing with another uncooperative dealership in Santa Clarita.
