All I can say is, Ralph, Anatoliy and Noha made what was clearly the largest and most exotic car purchase of my life, something easy, pleasurable and actually quite quick. That said, the service I received at Flemington BMW was impeccable. Not only did every member of their staff I had encountered execute my entire buying process efficiently, it is also clear that their concern for the safety and health of everyone involved is also paramount, as they have taken every precaution using the mandated safety procedures (social distancing, masks) even down to the test drive, yet with great sensitivity to their customers’ dignity as well. I had walked into this dealership with the usual buyer’s anxiety, with a million questions and concerns running through my head. Turns out, I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. My client advisor, Anatoliy Yanovskiy, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient, from the well planned and fun test drive to answering all questions about the vehicle’s features, through the negotiation process to finally sealing the deal, all of which he handled with intelligence, class and respect for me as a buyer. And then there’s Noha Amin, the Finance Manager, another terrific member of the Flemington BMW team. She processed my sensitive financial information with the confidentiality and efficiency like the consummate professional that she is, answered all of my questions and guided me through the paperwork, all the while treating me with courtesy and respect. I am now the proud owner of a Certified Pre Owned 330i xDrive, and it looks as fresh as if it just came off the factory line. I’m very pleased with not only the car itself but also with my entire buying experience acquiring the “Ultimate Driving Machine” from this dealership.
