I never has a issue dropping off my car and getting a loaner to use until the car is ready. I always get an update on service and full explanations. They take care of me. More

I turn my car in at 7 AM on Friday, 5/23, because a message popped up that the airbag on the driver’s side of my brand new(!) 2020 GLS was malfunctioning. I didn’t hear back from Ralleye until mid afte message popped up that the airbag on the driver’s side of my brand new(!) 2020 GLS was malfunctioning. I didn’t hear back from Ralleye until mid afternoon and then found out that the car probably won’t even go into the service department until Tuesday.because Monday is Memorial Day. I would have appreciated an update much earlier in the day and I’m surprise that they took a car first thing Friday morning that they couldn’t even put into the service department the same day. More

I’ve been disappointed on so many occasions. My major problem is my Bluetooth for my phone has not been working for years. They can’t find the problem. My last issue was a seatbelt buckle code. I wad Tol problem is my Bluetooth for my phone has not been working for years. They can’t find the problem. My last issue was a seatbelt buckle code. I wad Told that it would cost me $900 to fix the problem, the problem was never found after an inspection. It was a broken wire (free). More

I had a screw in one of my tires and the service department told me I needed four new tires. I took the car to a local tire shop they removed the screw.
