She also put my mind at ease since I came in very concerned about already encountering issues with my car which is only one month old. As a female engineer, I also appreciated having a female agent to assist me. It shows to me that Big Star Cadillac values inclusion. I was impressed with my service and will ask for Ainsley in the future to be my service agent. More

The receptionist, Raven, was professional, kind, and welcoming. The dealership was well maintained. My sales specialist, Angelika, was prepared for my arrival and knowledge about the vehicles, and price welcoming. The dealership was well maintained. He helped us navigate through different warranty packages without adding any pressure. Overall it was an pleasant and efficient experience. I bought my car and was out the door in under 2 hours.
