New Car Purchase I had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Castle Chevy North. My salesman, a young man named Damian, was absolutely spectacular!!! I hate b I had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Castle Chevy North. My salesman, a young man named Damian, was absolutely spectacular!!! I hate being pressured when I look for a vehicle and this young man was so kind, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable that I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking to purchase a new car. This is the sixth time in my life that I have purchased a new vehicle and it was, without question, the best experience I have ever had -- not even a contest. Damian made me feel so relaxed and at home with his calm and friendly demeanor. He had wonderful things to say about everyone he works with at the dealership, and all the other gentlemen I had the pleasure of dealing with were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had such a good time buying a new car! The dealership had no other customers the day I arrived, the weather was very bad, and my mother said we were going to get attacked before we even got out of our vehicle -- but that was not the case. This dealership has a much more relaxed atmosphere and you feel like they actually care about making you happy. I just can't say enough about this wonderful place and the phenomenal customer service they provided! More

Friendly & efficient service When I went into the dealership, I knew exactly what car I was interested in due to much research and an "internet special". There was no pressure and When I went into the dealership, I knew exactly what car I was interested in due to much research and an "internet special". There was no pressure and no one trying to get me to look at a different car, which I greatly appreciated. As I live quite a distance away, I was allowed to take the vehicle overnight in order to have our mechanic (a competitor car dealership) run diagnostics the following morning. The car was determined to be in "excellent mechanical condition" and we purchased it that day. The transaction went smoothly and efficiently and I was very pleased with the overall experience provided by my sales person (John Lee) and the sales manager (Ray Quesada). More

good until finance part, as I reviewed my contract at home sales man Pat O'Brien was very good, knowledgeable about vehicle I was purchasing. Polite, well spoken , not pushy. Did what he could for me to rea sales man Pat O'Brien was very good, knowledgeable about vehicle I was purchasing. Polite, well spoken , not pushy. Did what he could for me to reach my goal price. The thing is i signed off on my contract and they explained this and that verbally and visually, I just followed along. Two days later I see a charge for universal warranty of which no one offered or explained to me for a charge of 999.00. so whats a universal warranty I ask, its the GAP insurance which I stated to Sales rep I did not want nor need. My insurance offers this on my policy. The last dealer I worked with had charged me the same thing, so I knew about this GAP insurance, had to cancel it then and now I again. I felt like the finance group was trying to get over on me. Its an easy process to cancel warranty and get money back as long as you catch it!!! I would still recommend someone who knows the process about buying a car, but not someone who doesn't. just seems like its a common practice to through universal warranty on and dealer has a 50/50 chance of getting this sale. not cool. More
