"Worst customer service ever"

Their customer service is the worst ever. Then to make matters worse they lie and try to act as if the customer is wrong for requesting service that that was paid for. No outlet to complain so you just have to take it whIle they stand around looking crazy. Horrible.... You'll regret dealing with them.
This review is unfair and untrue. Here at Jackson Acura, we pride ourselves on extraordinary customer service --we have a loaner car program here that allows a customer to take a dealership vehicle while their car is being worked on, most times only for customers with repairs that will take longer than an hour. This privilege of a program, that many customers have enjoyed for over a decade, was absolutely violated by Mr. Holt. On more than one occasion, he has taken a loaner vehicle for a 30 minutes to an hour service visit, yet does not return for several days even after being told to bring the dealership vehicle back. After the fourth time this has happened, he was denied a loaner vehicle for that exact reason and decided to leave this completely false and unreasonable review.
