Hi, my name is Rex Tonan. I was born in California and lived in the west until my wife and I transferred to Northern Kentucky for work in 1998. I have 2 beautiful daughters that I love to spend time with and am very proud of. Having 3 wonderful women in my life has taught me a lot about the way customers like to be treated. I treat each customer like they are my family because that is how I would want someone to treat my girls. In my personal life, I do a lot of mentoring and volunteering with children in my church, Crittenden Baptist. I believe that Tom Gill has been a great fit for me in my work life because I think that personal accountability, having a great sense of humor and showing good character are a way of life and a choice I make every morning when I come to work. I would love to make you a lifetime customer of myself and of Tom Gill Chevrolet.

Update to the review I gave last week. The Equinox I received last week had a problem I could not live with. True to their word Tom Gill Chevrolet took the car back and we found another one similar and received last week had a problem I could not live with. A huge THANK YOU to Jimmy at Tom Gill for being so helpful and easy to work with! Super patient, really listened to my needs, went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my experience. I never felt pressured or worried or like I was being taken advantage of , he explained everything - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Sending my daughter straight to Jimmy for her first car! DO NOT WASTE TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I went to FOUR other places & they all played games but Jimmy is honest up-front and even took my calls AFTER I BOUGHT which let me tell you is a HUGE deal.
