Patrick, Mitch and Rich made the purchase of my new Outback another great experience at Brewster Subaru. This is my second purchase at this location and I worked with him both times. Not only is he very knowledgeable and helpful but to me, the fact that is genuinely kind and very very patient is even more important. I can't thank him enough for again putting me at ease for what to most of us is a big purchase. Not only would I want to use him as my sales associate again, I will absolutely continue to refer him without hesitation to anyone that asks where I got my car. This is also the 2nd time that Rich was my finance manager and he again made what is usually the most stressful part of the car purchase process not stressful at all. I walked into Brewster Subaru on a Wednesday after needing a new car ASAP. I had my new car by that Saturday! Lexi was so helpful in getting us set up with a salesperson and making sure we felt comfor needing a new car ASAP. I had my new car by that Saturday! Lexi was so helpful in getting us set up with a salesperson and making sure we felt comfortable in the dealership. Anthony was highly professional and was so helpful in finding a car. He worked with me to find a car that was in mg budget and would suit my needs. Rich was also incredibly helpful and professional in getting all the paperwork together and making sure I walked out of Subaru feeling taken care of. From start to finish the Subaru team went above and beyond to make the car buying experience stress free and easy and dare I say fun!! We laughed through the whole experience!! More
