Rich was really great, the financing aspect and working with Rich was the best part. He was prepared, professional, and very nice. No complaints, you rock, Rich!! There were several hiccups along the way, and while they did work to make accommodations for us, like a free rental, seat covers, we didn’t walk away blown away by this dealership. We felt there were aspects that could have greatly been improved. 1) The car we wanted wasn’t in stock and it took a long time to find this out after sitting and going over the numbers: wish this had been known up front as we were in an urgent need. Although, we did get a free rental car while we waited for the car which was great and much appreciated. I think up front communication that the car wasn’t there but they’ll accommodate us would have made this experience better. 2) Our agent forgot about our original pick up time and I showed up for the appointment, driving out of my way, and he had no recollection of this appointment. Nor was the car there. Had to come back another time. 3) We requested a certain interior color which we didn’t get and I only realized when I picked it up after signing everything. This was a disappointing moment upon seeing car! And while the interior we got looks great, it’s going to be challenging with the kids. Our agent is getting us seat covers, which is appreciated. He said he forgot about our interior color request! 4) We drove off without our registration, which he’ll mail to us. He first called to ask us to come back, then realized he could have mailed while on the call with me after asking me to come back. Wish he had figured this out before calling and just texted or called, “Hey left your registration, will mail! Very sorry!” He wants to be accommodating and I respect that, however, I don’t think he would consider this a smooth, perfect process. I think if he should focus on attention to detail and writing down requests to be more responsive to customer needs. He’s nice and and eager and think we can continue to improve. I hope this feedback helps for future sales! Thank you! More
