I love this dealership. I ordered my new Audi RSQ8 back in April of 2022 and because of the pandemic, there was a major delay with the parts etc. I waited for approximately I ordered my new Audi RSQ8 back in April of 2022 and because of the pandemic, there was a major delay with the parts etc. I waited for approximately 18 months for my vehicle. While most people would not wait that long for a new car, the Audi Brand Specialist Mr. Richard Bickers went the extra mile to ensure that I was able to get everything I wanted in my vehicle despite the obstacles. Throughout the process, Mr. Bickers professionalism, efficiency, and product knowledge kept me abreast of every step in the build and delivery process. As a result, 18 months didn't seem so long.
