I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Klaben Ford Lincoln Review I have just purchased my fifth new vehicle from Klaben Ford Lincoln located in Kent, OH and I could not be more pleased with the buying experience tha I have just purchased my fifth new vehicle from Klaben Ford Lincoln located in Kent, OH and I could not be more pleased with the buying experience that I have always had a this dealership. I have worked with Rich Klaben, who owns the dealership, and Dave Mott who is on the Salesforce on all five vehicles. I purchased a Lincoln Navigator, a Lincoln MKX, two Ford F150's and a Ford Expedition from Klaben Ford Lincoln over the past five years and I will continue to do so into the future. I also have all my vehicles serviced at Klaben Ford Lincoln and work with Mike Brandvold who is a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous Service Adviser. It is not common to find such professional, knowledgeable and courteous people at an automotive dealership but that is what you find at Klaben Ford Lincoln. Rich runs a very high quality dealership and takes the time to interface with his customers to insure they are satisfied with experiences at his dealership. Dave Mott, Mike Brandvold and all the employees I have met at Klaben Ford Lincoln work very hard to meet the needs of their customers and to make sure their customers have a very pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend Klaben Ford Lincoln to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle or having a vehicle serviced. More

I spoke with Rich directly and he scheduled an appt to meet with a sales person that could help with our situation. Rich set us up with Doug Carter. Doug was great. He listened and helped us put together a solution that worked for our family. He took his time and made the transaction speedy and painless. Much different experience than the long drawn out sales pitch at other dealerships. Dealing with honest people has made this car buying experience very POSITIVE. They are a true team. We will recommend Doug Carter and Klaben to all of our family and friends. More

He takes the time to listen to what we want and never tries to push us into something else. Chris doesn't "sell" us a car, he addresses our needs and guides us toward a quality investment. When we finish working with Chris, we have a positive feeling about the experience - no buyer's remorse. We tell everyone to go to Chris Moldas! In the finance department, go to Jennifer. She made the process quick and humorous!! As far as servicing our vehicles, we insist on seeing Mona in the service department. She's a no nonsense person who listens to concerns and answers questions about what our cars need. Mona makes sure we are in and out as quickly as possible. More

Worry free experience Met with Chris Moldas to get my wife a new car. Told him what we were looking for and were shown the vehicle that we were after.
