More than disappointed. Serviced used up gas my vehicle without replenishing it. Manager promised a gas card, still waiting for that card a year later. I already had to have meetings over warranty work and pricing during a months long repair, deal with damage to the vehicle upon completion and then take it back to have mechanical repairs redone, I also pricing during a months long repair, deal with damage to the vehicle upon completion and then take it back to have mechanical repairs redone, I also needed to have overspray removed from the exterior. For what it's worth, Klaben did take large steps to make up for a series of unfortunate events. However, I had to take my driver's side door apart to find what was rattling ridiculously when the driver's side window was down; a rattle that did not exist prior to the repair visit, so I was unsure if it was related. Upon removing the door panel I can see the signs of fresh body work, and while investigating this noticed multiple areas in the paint with obvious deviations and defects in the paint that were not there before (the vehicle has never required body work of any sort with only factory paint). It's obvious a repair was done while there for a much larger incident that I was never made aware of. That's disappointing, because I would have taken a closer look at the time and demanded it get redone with a higher level of quality! More
