Mercedes Benz maintenance and repair service is done to the highest standard. My car deserves to be serviced by the most experienced technicians. I called the dealer at 6pm to make an appointment for a noise my brake pedal was making. They had one first thing in the morning so of course on the way in it was raining and I couldn't hear the noise. I noise my brake pedal was making. They had one first thing in the morning so of course on the way in it was raining and I couldn't hear the noise. I really appreciate the time they took to call someone in from the shop to thoroughly assess the brakes and sure enough they found the problem, fixed it quickly and it was under warranty. Great Dealership. They treat you like part of the family. Great Service by everyone especially Mark Escobar who always goes beyond to help solve any issues for us and They treat you like part of the family.
