Professional, Experienced, & Friendly Staff I am an out of state buyer. Due to Covid and low inventory in Arizona, I was looking to drive back to my home state. Nick new exactly what I was look I am an out of state buyer. Due to Covid and low inventory in Arizona, I was looking to drive back to my home state. Nick new exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect vehicle. His communication and requirements necessary for a smooth transaction were top notch. Due to my tight schedule, Nick had the vehicle ready as promised. He also spent several hours reviewing the details of the car, setting up my App, and making sure I was completely comfortable before our long drive. He even called the next day to see how we were doing and to check to see if I had any additional questions. Nick is professional, kind and truly cares about the customer. Lastly, I took advantage of the financing promotion being offered. Ricky Pena was also a delight to work with. He was polished, professional and actually made this part of the transaction, which can be daunting, a breeze! They are both definitely assets to your dealership! More
