You guys suck! Sat there 3 hours with no update! Then car had to stay overnight! Then our truck was there and nothing done in 3 hours, then said they can't do any Sat there 3 hours with no update! Completely wasted vacation day for me!!!! More

I brought my 2019 kia in for service on 4/13/22, service invoice number 53162. The work was done and I was very satisfied with that. However, it being a 3 hour they forgot I was waiting, I had to go ask if invoice number 53162. The work was done and I was very satisfied with that. I believe service is 50% of the sales. My service needs began in January of 2021 when my 2016 Kia Sorento being using oil at just a hair over 100,000 miles. From the time of the oil consumption test I deal began in January of 2021 when my 2016 Kia Sorento being using oil at just a hair over 100,000 miles. From the time of the oil consumption test I dealt with a couple of issues of poor customer service and poor communication by the service manager. At that time I spoke to the service department manager and explained my concerns. The engine finally went out on the car and it was covered under the factory warranty so I was able to get a new engine. I have since still been dealing with the service manager on a reimbursement issue. I have sent voicemail message and email both several weeks apart giving him time to answer me. To this date he has not contacted me. I guess I will go to kia and see if I can get some response from them. If you are having car warranty issues or concerns that will need attention I do not recommend Dorsch's service center More

Had my on and off switch for fuel saver look at was not working properly and they clean and reset it so far it is working properly. Dorsch Ford always knows how to fix the problem with my vehicles. Five stars for Rob Brosig for his friendly and knowledgeable help in getting my 2010 Ford Escape fixed at a reasonable price.
