So as i went to my appointment i did not know how this was going to work for me. As i needed a car, I was greeted by my sales rep and he worked with me to achieve my goal in getting a car. The Management was going to work for me. As i needed a car, I was greeted by my sales rep and he worked with me to achieve my goal in getting a car. The Management Team worked with me to obtain paper work that i need. And the Financial Advisor explained everything to me so that i understood. All in all i am pleased with the way things turned out. They fixed 1thing and messed up another... they fixed my starter and broke my locks... then said they didn't do it... in order to fix the problem i have to get a new diagnosis which will cost more money not starter and broke my locks... then said they didn't do it... in order to fix the problem i have to get a new diagnosis which will cost more money not counting the labor costs... that's double jeopardy ... I feel like i got robbed... I really would appreciate your establishment would fix this problem... my locks still don't work... can't even get in my trunk... very disappointed customer... thank you... More

Jeep Eastchester is so awesome! My Jeep had a recall and the service department handleed it and got my car back to me in no time. But I also had a sales appointment and my sales rep Shawn was so knowledgeab the service department handleed it and got my car back to me in no time. I was looking into getting into my dream Jeep and made sure I was equipped with everything I needed to know to make that happen.
