My dad negotiated this with the sales manager on the phone since we lived so far away. The manager Robert was very attentive and professional He worked the deal out with my dad. The Sales Manager (white hair) was horrible. Instead of taking the time to properly assist, he tried to make me feel bad by telling me that my sales associate came in on her off day. Extremely insulting ta taking the time to properly assist, he tried to make me feel bad by telling me that my sales associate came in on her off day. Extremely insulting talking to a Mercedes lover and customer like that. As the sales manager he should have covered for while while she was off. I have many clients in Maryland with high incomes and I wanted to refer them to Owing Mills but he has changed my mind. All I wanted to do was take a day and decide between lease or buy. I guess he thought I was not going to return. When I returned 2 days later he avoided eye contact and never came out to congratulate me or follow up on why I made my decision to buy instead of lease. By reading this I hope he learns he may not speak to Mercedes customers that way and he should focus on Sales and Service. More
