His knowledge of BMW cars and his enthusiasm towards finding the right one for me sold me on Ferman before I even chose a vehicle. Then, once we did find the right one, the buying experience could not have been easier. I showed up at 4:30 pm to sign, and left with my new car at 5:30 pm feeling confident in the choices I made regarding warranties and maintenance packages. Have a car through here. Had some issues when signing the paper. They had the paperwork wrong and therefore the monthly payment I originally agreed to was changed last minute and went from 220 to 477 a month paper. They didn’t fill me in on anything happening during this time and when they set up financing they gave me a ridiculous APR % unreal. The bank they did it through said that the dealership did all of that. Very frustrated and unhappy with my purchase. More
