This year I was enticed by the Spring incentives taking place, so I brought my car back to look into a new vehicle and into the financing being offered. I was somewhat confused when I was told I needed to place a deposit down on a vehicle in order to apply for a loan, however I was then assured the deposit would be refunded if the loan was denied. A deposit being needed to apply for financing isn't the usual with the dealerships in my part of the State with other vehicles we've purchased - but I was motivated and felt comfortable. My loan was denied; my deposit was never returned. It's now been over one month. I have contacted Bill several times to no avail, and Robert once to no avail. I have now spoken with the State's Attorney General office to step-in and alleviate this issue through legal channels. I'm so sorry this has taken such a turn, however I gave the Branhaven team one month to solve this problem and have not been given an answer since. I will of course update this when the problem is alleviated - because I feel every business requires a fair try. Bottom line - please be very cautious with this dealership and your deposit. They are good people, with seemingly poor business strategy. More
