Robert Rodriguez is the man! First time I was here, I just walked in (no scheduled appt) and met Robert. He showed us the CPO car we wanted to test drive and he explained all options and features. Robert was straight up with the prices and did not pressure us at all. Explained all fees, total prices, financing, and situations on purchasing. We did not buy the car on that day, but Robert was still very kind and understanding. I tried other dealerships around NYC. I was humiliated in one dealership over the phone. In another dealership I was just given the keys and told to look at the car by myself (no test drive!). Clearly, my experience with Robert the first time around was the thing that made me go back to Rallye. As a returning customer, Robert gave me everything I needed. Robert walked me to the car, explained all that was done. Gave me a round about (maybe two). Sat with me inside. Explained all that's included and everything I needed to know. Then gave me the keys to test drive. When it came to discussing purchasing the car, Robert was so courteous and kind that it did not feel like I was being forced into buying it. I was free to walk out the door anytime. Just talking to him about what I wanted and what is best for me became a fun conversation. Their CPOs are really top of the line and everything is setup as brand new which made the decision easier. You don't even have to read the carfax, you can check the car itself and see that their certified vehicles are close to perfect! In the end, I think I got the best 2019 Acura MDX ASpec out there at the best deal possible! My final step of purchase with the manager Robert O'Connor was very pleasant too. He thoroughly explained the options and did not put any pressure at all. Rallye is indeed the best dealership out there! These reviews are not fake.
