Nothing went right, from ordering to receiving the complete deal. We previously had a great experience 2018. There was absolutely no comparison this time, customer service is very poor. If I wouldn’t have been so persistent I probably still wouldn’t have my new vehicle, the order was not placed timely, couldn’t find the paperwork with the trade-in price, did not come with front license plate holder, couldn’t email me the picture of us with our car, etc. Needless to say I have high expectations and am very disappointed! More

Our salesman made a mistake, we all do. He owned it and apologized. He was wonderful! We waited 2 hours for the finance department only to be told we had to triple our deposit. I understand that the vehicle we purchased for our son in college didn't have a big price tag but I expected to not be belittled. The manager at the Clearance Center was smug in our brief interaction too. More
