I bought a new car last weekend and had to come in 15 minutes before closing time due to an unforeseen incident with my home, and the team walked through everything (without rushing) with me about the new car. They could have expedited the process knowing I was cutting into their weekend but they didn't, they took the time to show me everything and made sure I left the lot not having any questions or concerns about the purchase and/or car.
