First of all I apology's for all the issues you have had here. Over the last four weeks our dealership has been extremely short handed due to the new Covid illnesses. We had Subaru corporate pick up all our calls because of our short handedness of employees, so I am sorry if someone from Subaru corporate was short or rude to you over the phone. This also means why you did not get a call once your parts arrive again sorry for that. Also the increase in shipping costs, gas price, oil prices, and the increase in minimum wages have all resulted in higher price for us all. I know this sounds like lots of excuses but we are doing the best we can right now and I am so sorry for the issues here. Norman Amabile
