I want to take a minute to introduce myself. I have been in the car business for 9 years. Before joining the car business, I was an office assistant for an educational consultant, and a hairstylist during the weekends. I always have been passionate about helping others, and it is one of my pleasures in life. After working 15 years for the same company, I decided to change my career. I was fortunate to come across the opportunity to work for Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to assist customers with their car purchases. I am a big believer of the notion that when you are passionate about what you do; you will put in 100% effort. I believe in hard work, and I always work strategically to achieve my goals. I believe you can work beyond and above your old limits. I am original from Nicaragua, and I have been living in this great country for the last 25 years. I am happy to say that I become an American citizen.

The service center at this Mercedes dealership is far better than any of the others in the area. The staff is professional and efficient. Gaston was impeccable both professionally and personally as our service rep. He was knowledgeable and updated us on the status of services throughout the process. He responded immediately when we had questions allowing us to feel completely relaxed. We had previously taken our AMG’s to Sewell in Katy but after our experience at the Woodlands Mercedes dealership we will not be going back. Our experiences at the Woodlands location have far surpassed Sewell in every way! I also had my brother buy his 2021 GLE 53 AMG from the Woodlands dealership which resulted in a better deal and overall experience than we could have asked for. Thank you Woodlands Mercedes!!! More

Rosie and Paula has my business for life as long as their with the MB family. I first begin my MB journey back in 2017 with my c-class and it was a lifestyle change going from a Chevy Camaro sports car to a with the MB family.
