I moved up to the Ridgefield, Danbury area from the Bronx in 1991. I've been in the car business for over 29 years and actually started on my birthday on 8/8/1988. I have been selling Subaru's for the last 7 years. I like to go bowling, to concerts and sporting events. I have 11 grandchildren from one daughter and they keep me pretty busy when I'm not working.

Excellent staff . Rich was personable he made the whole experience painless and smooth. He has the gift for putting the customer at ease. He explained every part of the financing journey clearly . In addition he was entertaining. I had a similar experience with Roy who showed me how to operate the car with all the new technology so graciously and very funny. Great staff. My sales person Greg Russo was a very patient man. When the car did not arrive when promised he patiently tried to find out the alternate delivery dates. He was right there tracking the delivery date if the car and notified me as soon as it arrive five months later. Good staff. Sometimes frustrating because of the delivery delay but I am glad I stuck it out. More
