Rich was wonderful to assist my husband and I with purchasing our new CX-50, and he was so patient when he had to go through the test drive and vehicle features explanation process twice - we had our 2 year old with us that day, and Rich was so wonderful with her and understood what features were important to us in our next vehicle. We have also had fantastic experience with Steve and his service department staff, who are very knowledgeable and pleasant when our cars have been brought in to address an issue or a recall. We live in Connecticut and have two Mazda dealerships within 30 minutes of us, but we will continue to drive more than an hour to visit the team at Flood Mazda every time. More

Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much time in my new vehicle showing me how to use all the features, since I traded in a 9 year old "basic" car that didn't have any of the new safety features, Apple car play, etc. I am not a frequent car buyer, (clearly) but I am now a Flood Mazda fan and recommend everyone visit Flood Mazda for a great car purchase experience.
