I've been buying and getting my vehicles serviced at Walker Ford for 30 years and have always had a good experience. And this time was no different. Ryan heard the noise that I started to think I was im Walker Ford for 30 years and have always had a good experience. And this time was no different. Ryan heard the noise that I started to think I was imaging..Mike took care of that problem, replaced the battery that was only 3 months old and did the recall. Mike always takes the time to explain everything and never rushes you. He had my car for 2 weeks and kept me informed. The only negative is they should have washed all the bird crap off of it. I came in for a oil change & tire balance rotation. The tech came back and informed me that I needed my front and back brakes done. I proceeded to have my front and back brakes put on. When I left I no The tech came back and informed me that I needed my front and back brakes done. I proceeded to have my front and back brakes put on. When I left I noticed my pedal seemed a little bit too squishy and there was a lot of squealing in my brake pads. . I came back and next day suggested to have my brake fluid flushed. I asked them if they got the air out of the brake lines.. they informed me that there was nothing wrong, it was fine. The last time I had my brake fluid changed was 2019, I strongly suggested that it should have been done with the break change. So now I came back for the brake flush. It would have been customer service approval if they would have suggested this the first time. The team of workers are very polite. Thanks for taking a good suggestion.. More
