I brought the car in for backup camera recall. Advisor not around so I went to the cashier. She called for my car. I back up and see the back up camera is still not fixed. I go back to the advisor Advisor not around so I went to the cashier. She called for my car. I back up and see the back up camera is still not fixed. I go back to the advisor offices, only one there who overhead my frustration when I said “isn’t anyone here embarrassed it’s not fixed?” and his response was “xxxx! I don’t know your car but from what I overheard you have to buy the part to fix it” or something like that-I walked out after he swore at me. Then Ryan showed up, looked up the work done up on the computer, told me the recall was done and I would have to call Ford for anything more. My car was returned to me with mud splattered along the driver side and Ryan said, “there’s a lot of mud around here”. I have California plates but am a Floridian and I’m well aware of how “snow birds” are treated and I’m sure they don’t think of me as a return customer. Too bad that that kind of below average customer service is acceptable at Walker Ford. I may have to have certain recall work done there but I assure you that I have told many about that day at Walker Ford and I would absolutely never even consider buying a car from Walker Ford or ever pay for any service at Walker Ford. More
