I’m husband and father to our young daughter. In my free time, if I'm not out on a golf course or wrenching on/upgrading our sporty cars, I'm most likely at home with my girls and our German Shepherd. With my father always being a manager in the business since I was born, I basically grew up in the auto-industry. I began working as a lot-attendant at 16yo, worked in the BDC/Internet Department for a few years with Ford, and have now worked my way up to a Sales & Leasing Consultant / Product Specialist for the Lincoln brand. Although I may not be the most experienced person on the sales-floor, I can guarantee I'm one of the most resourceful :)

I had a very pleasant experience and did buy a car. I am a single woman and this is ALWAYS a very stressful experience. I had a very different and positive experience this time. I do feel a bit uneasy about the website and fine print. I went as they were advertising 0% financing and $ off of the existing 2025 cars. When you click on the car and enter through the 0% deal the price of the 25s includes 6k off of the price. In a TOTALLY different spot on the website it says you cannot combine offers. That said the salesman I worked with was lovely. The next person (sales manager perhaps) also very good. I am still working some things out and feel well supported by the staff and have an overall VERY good feeling. I wish I could do 4.5 as everything but the tricky advertising has been outstanding so far. AS OF NOW I have already reccomend the dealer and salesperson to 2 ppl looking for similar vehicles. More

I purchased a used 2020 Mazda CX-5 with roughly 40,000 miles from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood at the end of April. The sales experience was very good and Ryan was very helpful, addressing a few cosme miles from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood at the end of April. The sales experience was very good and Ryan was very helpful, addressing a few cosmetic issues before pick-up. The car had a clean Carfax and I was assured that a complete inspection had been done. Just about two weeks later, my son took the car on a 2400-mile drive for an internship in Texas. About 8 hours into the drive, the oil pressure light came on and he stopped at the nearest service station. The shop found a dry dipstick caused by a failed oil pan gasket and also a broken rear shock. He paid $1,200 for the repairs that took most of the day. I find it hard to believe that these items failed in the few weeks and few hundred miles since the claimed thorough inspection but the dealership has so far refused to offer any help or take any responsibility. Just a week or so ago, I took the car to a Mazda dealer for an oil change, and they found that the cabin air filter was clogged with leaves and debris that had obviously accumulated over a long period of time. Surely that's another thing that would have been seen if Herb Chambers really did a comprehensive inspection before sale. The whole experience has left me very disappointed with the Herb Chambers company. I posted a similar review on Google and the General Manager, Peter Hern, responded almost immediately. He asked me to contact him by email so we could discuss the problem and how he could assist. I've sent four emails to him over the past month but have yet to hear back. I'm wondering if that is their way of making it look like they are actually working with the customer. More

Looked at a few other dealerships nearby and it was a huge difference. Other dealerships try to rush you into making a deal , Herb Chambers doesn’t do that . Everyone there is so nice . It’s just a totally different and relaxing vibe at Herb Chambers compared to other dealerships. Just go visit if you’re looking for a car and you’ll see the difference! I even got a call a few days after driving my new car to see if everything was ok , that’s great customer service from Chris in the service department. More
