So far all the maintenance visits has been excellent as expected. I am impressed by the customer service and appreciate feeling as though I am not just another customer rolling in for car service. Jamie the female has also been helpful with taking care of my vehicle when a tire needed to be replaced from nail trauma. in a timely manner. Kudos to both service advisors and I hope to continue receiving excellent service from Ferman BMW. So far there is no reason to change to Porsche. I love the BMW M8 competition GC. More
