The service center and Sal always seems to be on the spot with helping me. My car unfortunately seems to have many troubles even as a certified BMW but the team at Furman in Palm Harbor have really tried to with helping me. I was given a quote, when they called me to pick up vehicle told me it was more that what I was quoted. I never got a phone call before hand to give them the go ahead with new price. Then they told me vehicle told me it was more that what I was quoted. I never got a phone call before hand to give them the go ahead with new price. Then they told me if I wanted the original quote price they would have to put aftermarket parts in my car. I can’t believe BMW allows this to happen at one of their dealerships. I tried getting in touch with the service manager 3 times per his request and never a call back. So it seems he doesn’t care either. More
