I did not appreciate that after i finalized the deal how pushy and I had a great experience with Jason as my sales representative at Mark Christopher. I did not appreciate that after i finalized the deal how pushy and disrespectful Osama became after i continued to reject the idea of purchasing the extended warranty for the truck. After he finally came to the conclusion that i was not going to buy the extended warranty, he became very short with his words and annoyed. He wasted an hour of my time when the documents would have taken less than 10 minutes to sign. Jason was very nice and respectful throughout the entire process to ensure i got the deal i wanted and made sure i was comfortable while waiting for the deal to finalize. More
