The team includes Product Specialist Harvey Nyien and Edgar Alcantar, Pre-Owned Sales Manager Samantha Guerra, Business Manager Sherri Pacchiano, VIP Product Specialist Jacub Gawlik, Accessories Consultant Patrycja Labno, and Service Consultant Aron Torres. The experience started with our 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid, a beautiful and high-quality sedan. The Camry Hybrid had taken us to many places, as close as the local groceries stores and as far as foreign and domestic travels. Kids had grown up with the Camry Hybrid and love it dearly. After sixteen long years of service it finally came the time for its retirement. We stopped by the Naperville Toyota dealership and saw a Corolla Hatchback. This car in the showroom brought back our sweet memory of the Corolla Hatchback we owned as our first car many years ago. Harvey introduced to us the Hatchback details; Edgar accompanied us for a test drive; Samantha worked on the pricing to close the deal. During the process Aron and Jacub worked with us on the check-up and appraisal on the Camry Hybrid, Sherri on the out-the-door packages, Patrycja on the accessories for protecting the car we love. The team had the goal of selling the car; it reached the goal with professional manner and the right attitude. We are sure there are unhappy customers with unpleasant experience with the dealership. It is fair for us to say we have had a pleasant one, and are delighted to take this opportunity to share it with others. More

Blas Cielo helped us find a car that meets our needs. From the start, he actively listened to what we wanted and provided quality service. Blas was personable and understood how heart broken I was about the theft of our catalytic converter. Blas made the trade in easy. Also, Blas was patient with all our questions. He knows his product and promotes Toyota’s quality. Calls were addressed immediately. We were kept up to date on our cars arrival and happily it came a little earlier than anticipated. Communication about the car’s arrival was appreciated. We were hoping to make our purchase time efficient and your team came through. He was prepared and had documents ready. Blas happily assisted with downloading the Toyota app and how to navigate features on the car. Furthermore, he went the extra mile to provide new Velcro stickers for our new cars tollway pass and a keychain for the fobs. Those little extra things were appreciated. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years now, so I am able to identify good and poor customer service when received. Customer service these days unfortunately has gone out the window in most cases, but not at Toyota of Naperville. Zeke is a phenomenal salesman. He was very patient with me, asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, and was able to fulfill my needs on every level with my new car purchase. I was very nervous doing this by myself as I do not have a lot of knowledge when it comes to purchasing a new car. He made this experience exactly what it needed to be for me. He found me the best deal and the best car for my needs, he helped ease my mind that I was making the right decision, he even offered follow up contact for future maintenance or questions regarding my car. I also had a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Richard. He also spent a lot of time with me and made sure it understood everything we went over. He also offered me follow up contact care with refinancing my car down the road. It was a very difficult six weeks for me trying to find a new car after the transmission went out on my old one, and I only wish that I went to Toyota sooner. I’ve told all of my friends and family about how wonderful my experience was and I already have a referral for Zeke. Zeke and Richard displayed a perfect example of genuine customer care and Toyota is very lucky to have both of them both! I thank both Zeke and Richard for not only restoring my faith in purchasing a car from a dealership, but for helping me end my stressful car search and sending me home with the perfect new and reliable car!
