Nick Poole was exceptional. I had an issue with the my car I bought at Valley Honda, Nick initially asked me to stop by at the showroom to see what's happening with the car, an I had an issue with the my car I bought at Valley Honda, Nick initially asked me to stop by at the showroom to see what's happening with the car, and later took care of all the issue, he himself used to text me all the updates. Really I have never seen a person who treats his customers well. Thanks Nick Poole for all your help and trust me if anyone wants to buy a car I would recommend Valley Honda. More

This was our 3rd vehicle from Valley Honda and Nick Theodor. Nick is great to work with and makes the car buying process easy. We had an unfortunate experience with dealership in regards to solution on repairs, of car. Put in uncomfortable position through series of repairs that made us purchase new Tom went above and beyond t regards to solution on repairs, of car. Put in uncomfortable position through series of repairs that made us purchase new Tom went above and beyond to communicate during the process of waiting for our vehicle during production, and took the time to walk us through all the vehicles components. Can honestly say was the most professional and thourogh sales person I have had in over the 50;years that I have been purchasing autos. Thank you Tom. More
