Both gentlemen were open, responsive, and demonstrated a solid grasp of what Customer Relations Management is all about or should be in the auto sales business. At this point I will strongly consider Five Star Ford for the purchase of my wife's new vehicle in the next few months based on the service offered by these two gentlemen. Mike Adams More

Aaron worked closely with me to find the car I was looking for, with all the options I wanted and in t I highly recommend Aaron Dias of 5 Star Ford! Aaron worked closely with me to find the car I was looking for, with all the options I wanted and in the right color, and most importantly at the right price. They had a car at the dealership that fit the bill but someone got in before me and bought it. When Aaron called to give me the bad news he offered to find me a car just like it, and he did just that. Aaron found the car right away at another dealer and 5 Star was able to trade vehicles with the other dealer. Aaron communicated with me every step of the way until I picked up the car at 5 Star. When I arrived at 5 Star to pick up the car Aaron was with another customer who was running late. Instead of making me wait around for him he had his associate, Sam Limo, help me in finishing up the paperwork and delivering the car. Great service!!!!! More

Sam was very responsive and kept in contact with me over the course of a few weeks while I was trying to decide on a vehicle and speaking with various other dealers to find the best price. In the end, Sam and Five Star Ford gave me the most car for my money and decided to make the purchase through them. A local dealer had a similar vehicle priced very closely but the MSRP at Five Star was $2000 more. I emailed Sam on a Monday letting him know what car I wanted (2016 Fusion w/ Terracotta package). Then he told me that it had been sold over the weekend. Let’s say I was a little disappointed. Sam said he would look around at other dealers and see if he could find one for me that was similar. I also started looking. We ended up finding the same one and Sam said he would work on getting it over to Five Star. At this point I was ready to just call the other dealer and do it myself but Sam said, “Be patient with me.” He was right. Within a few hours he confirmed that he could get the car and I could pick it up the next day and we settled on a price. I live about 3 hours away from Fort Worth and drove the next day, Tuesday. When I got to the dealership Sam said there was an issue with the rebates and I couldn’t use both of them. I thought this was typical car dealership tactics and that the price we agreed upon the day before would not be honored. Sam worked with his manager and made it work. Sam never once asked me to come up in price and made sure he honored our agreed upon price. Total time in the dealership was around two hours and the process was painless and I never felt pressured into purchasing any “extras.” If I’m buying a Ford in the future, I’ll go see Sam again. Sam Limo responded to my request, and we arranged for me to come in to check it out. I worked some with Sam and also with Wayne Biggers. They were both very helpful and accommodating, never applying any pressure whatsoever. After I had committed to buy it, they ran it through the shop to make sure everything was OK. Well, they found a couple of things that needed to be taken care of, and they took care of them, before they would let me take the car. They could have let them slide by, but they didn't. You can count me as a happy customer. More

We are a family of 7 and with little ones, a trip to a dealership can be a nightmare. We contacted the Internet sales department to begin our search, since we knew what vehicle we wanted. Sherri and Sam were pa We just purchased a 2015 F-150 platinum here. This is the second purchase. We purchased a 2014 Fusion which was a custom order. Sherri and Sam were patient as we looked for a vehicle that was exactly what I built online. We were considering doing an order to get what I wanted. They pulled three trucks off the lot for me to look at and drive. They answered all my questions and provided reasonable options to consider. In the end, I found a vehicle using the online inventory search, just one, that was nearly exactly what I had built online. I went back the next day and they let me see it and drive it. I decided to purchase it instead of ordering one. I am pretty fussy about things and no one lost patience or tried to tell me what to do, that would have been the "kiss of death" anyway. There were no hassles at all. They listened to what I wanted and did their best to comply. I worked with Sherri and Sam the last time so they were familiar with my idiosyncrasies. I also educate myself about the vehicles I want to purchase and Sherri is good about not following some script and making sit through explanations I don't need or want. I want to be respected for being an intelligent buyer and I don't need any hand holding. I ask questions when I have them and sometimes know some features that the sales people may not be familiar with. Sherri and Sam give me appropriate space to do my own independent evaluation and make my decisions. They are well informed and would be able to go into depth with any customer that needs and wants that level of attention. My vehicle, for some stupid reason, did not have any incentives from Ford. I think everyone was a little surprised and I am confident they tried to find anything available from Ford. I am a bit unhappy with Ford about this but it has no reflection on the dealership or their people. I have 500 miles on the truck now in just a few days. The aftermarket department, Leann and Sam, got the Weathertech mats, spray in bedliner and the rolling tonneau cover installed the day after we took delivery. I really liked Leann's courtesy and attention to my concerns. I want to mention "Tutman" in finance. He is a character, in a good way. I can't say I have ever remembered any of the finance people I have met but he is memorable. I was in a hurry so we had to interrupt the paperwork and come back. He is funny and there were no hassles. I don't know how they schedule the finance guys but I would suggest you ask for him to do your paperwork, he is A++.
