The staff worked together to seamlessly keep me updated weekly on my car's build status and delivery timeline. I interacted with at least 5 different people and ALL of them were great to work with. My car was built and delivered in March. Sam McHale handled the final process/paperwork/delivery and did an incredible job. We're very happy with the experience and are loving the car! Considering the stories we've read about car purchases during the current supply-chain situation, we were worried about the process - but Acura Columbus did a great job. Thank you! More

Finance Department was quick to respond to emails that allowed me to share what I was looking for. When I had to cancel my appointment due to being out of town, staff worked with me to reschedule and have allowed me to share what I was looking for. Everyone reading this post please go see Sam and Adam for your next vehicle. Sam is living the Great American Dream. Sam is passionate and knowledge about the product at the dealership. He is very approachable and easy talk too. He listens to me and my concerns and got me into the right vehicle. Sam also helped me drive the vehicle to my house so I didn't have to make 2 trips. Great to see awesome customer service still exist in today's digital world! Also big shout out to Adam in financing. This man knows his stuff! I came in with a pre approved loan from my bank with an APR I wasn't expecting to be matched. Adam didn't match it he beat it. Make sure you let him tell you about his finance version of a "buffet line"!!!! I never listen to any of the finance products but I found myself actually listening and understanding all the options for my vehicle.. PSA: DO NOT ROLL THE DICE THAT ARE ON HIS DESK AND NEVER BET HIM ON ON THE ROLL YOU WILL LOSE! HA! I know I am no an easy customer and these 2 did a great job today and I would recommend this duo if you are looking for your next vehicle. My wife and I came to the Acura Columbus dealership for service on our 2014 MDX. We only intended to take a test drive of the 2022 MDX. We were introduced to Sam by Tom Cole. Sam did an outstanding job of explaining and demonstrating, in detail, the features on the new 2022 MDX. We were so impressed with his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Spent a great deal of time with us and at the conclusion of our conversation we decided to purchase a new vehicle. Also want to mention that we met with Adam in the finance department. . He was also very easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. Finally, I can’t say enough about Tom Cole and the way he helped us navigate what can be a fairly complex process. I am genuinely impressed with the entire operation. More
