I came to purchase a tire after work. Although they did get me out in time.I was told an hour, but it was within 40 min. Beside dealing with Christian who worked with me when I purchased my car. To this day if I have a question about something he will always call or text me right back. I am still looking for that. I was told that if your car needed service they would come get it, and give you a loaner. What they don’t tell you is that a lot of these courtesy vehicle are booked up in advanced. When I called to see if they could come and get my car because my tire going flat, I was told I had to have it towed in. Although the tire was going flat I was able to drive it to work and to the dealership the next day. I love my vehicle I have a RX 350 f-sport. Looking to upgrade when I pay it off. Service department definitely needs improving. More
