It was a bit of a scavenger hunt to find the service center. I got lost in the area that I was directed to, but fortunately someone was able to drive in front of me so I could get to the service center. center. In for oil change & lube. Worker changed radio station & lost my pre-sets. Had no business even playing my radio. Having drinks & food available is nice. We had received a recall notice of software update & thought we could get it done with the already scheduled service visit. Was disappointed we couldn't. We're 1.5 hours away & will have to make another trip to fix that. Another disappointment is that you charge for tire rotation. We have never had to pay for that before--Sam's club, Sears, WalMart, & tire stores rotate for free when you buy tires from them. More
