On Christmas Eve just before heading out for the night for holiday visits my husband noticed the tire was making a weird noise come to find out there was a sharp piece of metal that had punctured the tire. It was late I called the dealership immediately and spoke to Scott and told him the problem even though they would be closing soon he told us to get there asap so they could see the problem. Luckily for us because it was a lot bigger problem our tire was not fixable it had to be replaced completely. So thank you for always being there when we need you Herb Chambers of Seekonk. Well, with the advent o Buying a new car is often exciting and stressful...especially when money is a factor. They want to sell and you want to buy. Well, with the advent of online car shopping, I found the experience to be easier. I've been looking at the particular car for a while and Herb Chambers really had competitive prices (I did find similar comps for a few thousand less, but the convenience of location was worth it.. I am picking up a used Mercedes SUV tomorrow and am excited for it. Their 5 day no hassle money back guarantee is great, so people can get their car inspected if they need an unbiased opinion. After I pick it up, they do not handle anything else, which I wish they did. If there is an issue, I would go to a mercedes dealer (Obviously, if I bought a honda, they would service me). I am not sure if the extended warranty is worth it, but the finance director was not hassle free and gave me options. My sales rep was Tracy Zhao. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the follow-up this woman has. Although she has just been in the car business for 3 months, she truly was genuine, caring, nice and not fake. It was almost like I was buying a car from a friend. I didn't feel hassled. The car I wanted was off lot and I was eager to see it because I wasn't sure if the interior met my needs. Well, Tracy called the facility it was at and requested pictures and sent them to me via text (SO easy and my preferred method during the day). Then when the car arrived, she alerted me and I wasn't going to be able to go that night, but she mentioned they couldn't hold it, so I changed my plans (PPAC show) and she waited for me (10+ hour day for her). We drove, negotiated a little, did a trade-in, and I committed to the purchase. The entire team was helpful. We were there AFTER close, and I didn't feel pressured at all (I know they all wanted to get home, of course!). Scott, the manager, Adriel, Emilio and Jose all answered all my questions and went above for my trade-in and my small requests I had. I would certainly recommend people doing their due-diligence on the car they want and if Herb Chambers has it, go see Tracy!! More

In the past 12 years I've leased 2 Pilots, one Crosstour and now my 2nd Accord. David High, my salesman, is a non-pressure professional truly interested in my satisfaction. He knows and understands what I want and took great care of me.
