very helpful my husband and I purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership.....Gary Richardson, the sales rep. spent a great amount of time with us and was very my husband and I purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership.....Gary Richardson, the sales rep. spent a great amount of time with us and was very helpful in getting a reasonable price in the purchase of this vehicle. After taking possession of the vehicle there were minor issues that came up and after contacting Gary he responded immediately and resolved all the issue I asked him about. Through out this process Gary was very, patient, professional with a personality that made us very comfortable in dealing with him and the dealership. Relaxed I was helped by Chris Banks. Normally when you think of buying a car you think of a high stress experience but that couldn't have been farther from I was helped by Chris Banks. Normally when you think of buying a car you think of a high stress experience but that couldn't have been farther from it. We test drove the car that we wanted, we walked the lot, we even ate ice cream, it was super relaxed. My wife and I never felt pressured to buy a car. The general manager Scott also went out of his way to make us feel right at home. We'll buy our Hondas from Chris anytime without hesitation. Awesome dealership! More

most honest,professional&courteous service in SE NewEngland two weeks ago my Honda refused to start called AAA and diagnosis was bad starter.car towed to HerbChambers Honda at Seekonk for repair.They to me in two weeks ago my Honda refused to start called AAA and diagnosis was bad starter.car towed to HerbChambers Honda at Seekonk for repair.They to me in right away and ask me to wait to check what is wrong.About 30 minutes later Mr.Tim Is lip ,senior service advisor, came over and told me he had bad news and good news. bad news both starter& battery need replacement good news it would not cost me anything because both were under warranty.I totally forgot about the repair done last year.Any dishonest service person would have charged me upward of $800 for this.Allhonda dealers are good but this one is the best anywhere because it has service advisors like TimIslip,asset.service managers like Sandra&victor and finance guys like Bill&Tom.But the best of all the general manager Mr.Scott Bottle .Honorable mention to junior service advisor Kelvin&PAP.Thank you Herb Chambers for the great experence More

Always there when We need them Once again Herb Chambers was there when we needed them as alway. On Christmas Eve just before heading out for the night for holiday visits my husband Once again Herb Chambers was there when we needed them as alway. On Christmas Eve just before heading out for the night for holiday visits my husband noticed the tire was making a weird noise come to find out there was a sharp piece of metal that had punctured the tire. It was late I called the dealership immediately and spoke to Scott and told him the problem even though they would be closing soon he told us to get there asap so they could see the problem. Luckily for us because it was a lot bigger problem our tire was not fixable it had to be replaced completely. So thank you for always being there when we need you Herb Chambers of Seekonk.
